This one is for anyone who wants a plain t-shirt made start to finish in this country. The cotton is grown in the USA, the fabric is woven in the USA, and the shirt is cut and sewn in our Chicago factory. It is $29.
The fabric is a fine gauge interlock knit, thicker than the common jersey knits used for most t-shirts. Interlock has the smoothest surface of any knit, and it won't curl or pill. The yarns are combed cotton, which is soft out of the box and gets better with every wear.
The cut has a mid bicep sleeve and a slight taper through the body, so it reads clean rather than boxy. The collar is triple stitched.
Care: Machine wash with like colors. The interlock knit holds its shape and surface through repeated washing, so it won't roll at the hem or pill at the shoulders.
Sizing: Take your usual t-shirt size. The slight taper means it follows the body more than a straight-cut tee, so if you prefer a loose fit through the waist, go up one size. The mid bicep sleeve sits between a short sleeve and a longer athletic sleeve.
